Golden Triangle Holidays - This Golden Triangle Holidays takes you on a culture trip of India's medieval cities Delhi, Agra & Jaipur. Both Delhi and Agra were prominent Mughal cities ever since Babur established his reign in 1526, while Jaipur was the stronghold of the Rajputs. Both dynasties were patrons of art, and the monuments built during their reign remain major landmarks in these cities.
Day 01: Arrive in Delhi
You are escorted to your hotel on arrival.
Depending on your flight and the time available, rest, shop or take a sightseeing tour of the city.
Delhi is a mélange of medieval and modern cultures, showcasing the best of Mughal and Victorian architecture. It is a city on the move, and ever growing to meet new challenges while preserving its rich past. Some of its many attractions include Raj Ghat, Shanti Vana, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Akshardham temple. Qutub Minar, Humayun Tomb, India Gate, Lotus Temple, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament House and Connaught Place

Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast, take a day long tour of Delhi, visiting some of the attractions not covered the previous day.

Day 03: Delhi - Jaipur
After breakfast proceed to Jaipur, the Pink City, 258 km, approximately 6 hours
On arrival, check in at the hotel.
Jaipur, the colorful capital of Rajasthan, is replete with forts and monuments built by the Rajputs, and a dozen shopping venues to help you take great mementos back home.
Spend rest of the day relaxing or shopping.

Day 04: Jaipur
After breakfast take an elephant ride to the Amber and Jaigarh Forts.
Post lunch; proceed to see the Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal.
In the evening, visit Chokhi Dhani, a recreated Rajasthani village for an evening packed with entertainment and delectable local cuisine.
Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 05: Jaipur - Agra
After breakfast, proceed to Agra, 220 km.
En route to Agra, halt at Fatehpur Sikri. This was established by Akbar as his new capital to honour Salim Chishti but the shortage of water had the entire administration returning to Agra. This is a world heritage site marked by aesthetic landscapes and impressive monuments like the Panch Mahal, Buland Darwaza and the Dargah of Sheikh Salim Chisti.
On reaching Agra check into hotel for overnight stay.
Day 06: Agra - Delhi
After breakfast, proceed to visit the Taj Mahal.
The Taj Mahal brought international fame to Agra and houses the mausoleum of the beloved wife of Shah Jahan This epitome of love and romance stands on the banks of the river Yamuna, and is a glorious spectacle when viewed in the moonlight Agra's other attractions include the Red Fort and Itmad-ud-Daulah, the tomb of Nur Jahan's father, and the tomb of Akbar at Sikandra.
Late afternoon/evening, return to Delhi.
